Twinkle Tag

This lesson is written in PSP 7

but can also be made in PSP 8 and PSP 9.

 

What do we need to make this tag:

 

*Nice tube or use the one from ©Joke

( thanks for letting me use this one for this tut )

*Twinkle tube

*Nice font or use mine.

*PlugIn VM Toolbox

 

**Here we go**

 

*Open your tube .

*Press shift D twice and close your original tube.

*Image -> Canvas Size

with the following settings

*Image -> Resize

with the following settings

*Effects -> PlugIns -> VM Toolbox-> Instant Tile

with the following settings

*Effects -> PlugIns -> VM Toolbox-> Dynamic Diffusion

with the following settings

*Effects -> PlugIns -> VM Toolbox-> Rotatile

with the following settings

*Put the opacity from this layer at 90 in your layerpallette.

*Layers -> New rasterlayer.

*Give this layer a color from your tube 

or another nice color.

*Layers -> Arrange -> To bottom.

*Layers -> Merge -> All layers merge.

*Go to your original tube and

Copy and Paste it as a new layer in your tag.

*Replace your tube to the top.

*Layers -> Merge -> All layers merge

*This is what I have now

( made it smaller for the prev. )

*Now we gonna make a frame around it.

*Choose with your dropper a dark color as your foregroundcolor 

and a light one as your backgroundcolor.

*Image -> Add borders

with the following settings

*Click with your magic wand in the border 

and fill the border with your foregroundcolor.

*Effects -> 3D effects -> inner bevel

with the following settings

*Selections -> Select None.

*Image -> Add borders

with the following settings

*Click with your magic wand in this border.

*Effects -> Reflection-effects -> Caleidoscoop

with the following settings

*Effects -> 3D effects -> Inner bevel

with the same settings.

*Selections -> Select None.

*Image -> Add borders -> 5 px

*Click in this border with your magic wand 

and fill it with your foregroundcolor.

*Effects -> 3D effects -> Inner bevel

with the same settings.

*Selections -> Select None.

*Image -> Add borders -> 20 px

*Click in this border with your magic wand.

*Effects -> PlugIns -> VM Toolbox -> Tiler

with the following settings

*Effects -> 3D effects -> Inner bevel

with the same settings.

*Selections -> Select None.

*Go to your texttool and add your name.

*Give your name a dropshadow.

*Go to your Twinkle and 

Copy and Paste it as a new layer in your tag.

*Do this as much as you like and replace your twinkles.

*Layers -> Merge-> All layers merge.

*Image -> Resize

with the following settings

*Effects -> Sharpen -> Sharpen.

*Save as JPG and your tag is ready.
