*Open your tube -> press shift D for a copy.

*Close your original tube.

*Image -> Canvas Size -> 500 x 500

*Duplicate your tubelayer and press the eye.

*Call that layer layer 2.

*Go to your active layer.

*Call it layer 1.

*Effects -> PlugIns -> VM Experimental -> Mighty Maze

with the following settings

*Effects -> PlugIns -> VM Experimental -> Needles and Pins

with the following settings

*Put the opacity at 70.

*Layers -> Load Mask -> Load from disk.

*Delete your mask -> Yes at the question.

*Go to your layer 2 and press the eye.

*Duplicate layer 2 -> call it layer 3 and press the eye.

*Adjust -> Hue and Saturation -> Colorize

*Effects -> Texture-effects -> Mosaic Antique

*Go to layer 3 -> press the eye.

*Adjust -> Hue and Saturation -> Colorize

with the following settings.

*Image -> Resize -> 80% -> All layers unchecked !

*Put your tube a bit down.

*Choose 2 colors from the image.

*Layers -> Merge -> All layers merge.

*Image -> Add Borders -> 10 px.

*Fill the border with the dark color.

*Effects -> PlugIns -> VM Experimental -> Needles and Pins

*Selections -> Select None.

*Image -> Add Borders -> 5px

*Fill it with your light color.

*Selections -> Select None.

*Image -> Add Borders -> 20 px

*Effects -> PlugIns -> VM Experimental -> Needles and Pins

with the same settings.

*Image -> Mirror.

*Effects -> 3d Effects -> Inner Bevel

*Selections -> Select None.

*Go to your small tube.

*Adjust -> Hue and Saturation -> Colorize

with the same settings.

*Edit -> Copy.

*Edit -> Paste as a new layer.

*Image -> Resize -> 60%.

*Put your tube in one of the corners on the bottom.

*Duplicate the layer and mirror it.

*Aktivate the texttool -> 

look for the font Bubblegum Superstar.

*Put your name at the top of the tag.

*Give it a drop shadow.

*Adjust -> Sharpen -> Sharpen.

*Save your image as a jpg

and your tag is ready.
