*Tube or mine

*PlugIn VM Toolbox

**Here we go**

*Open a tube you want and press shift D twice.

*Close your original tube.

*Open a new Image 400 and the width of your tube.

*Fill this Image with a dark color.

*Resize your tube if it is to large -> Height 400

*Masks -> new -> from Image.

*You will get this

*Press at the arrow next to Image7 and search for your tube.

*Put the settings as above and press OK

*You see your tube is visible in your new Image.

*Layers -> Merge -> All layers merge.

*I have now this

*With this image we go to make the tag 

so you can close your tube.

*Now that your Image is active, do Shift-D,

when something goes wrong, you always have your copy.

*Image -> Add Borders

*Symmetric and 20.

*Choose another color then there is in your image !.

*Click with your magic wand in the border.

*Effects -> PlugIns -> VM Toolbox -> Zoom Blur

with the following settings

*Selections -> Select None.

*Image -> Add borders -> 8.

*Click with your magic wand in the border 

and fill the border with a color from your image.

*Effects -> 3D Effects -> Inner Bevel

with the following settings.

*Selections -> Select None.

*Image -> Add borders -> Symmetric -> 20.

*Click with your magic wand in the border.

*Effects -> PlugIns -> VM Toolbox -> Zoom Blur

with the same settings.

*Selections -> Select None.

*Make a copy by pressing shift-D.

*Put your sign at the tag.

*Put your name at the tag.

*Image -> Resize

with the following settings

*Effects -> Sharpen -> Sharpen.

*Save as JPG and your tag is ready.
