This lesson is written in PSP 7 but can also be made in PSP 8 and PSP 9.
What do we need to make this tag:
*Nice
tube or use the one from

or use mine. *Nice
font or use mine. *PlugIn
MasterBlaster *PlugIn Toadies . *PlugIn
VM Toolbox
**Here we go**
*Open
your tube *Press shift D twice and close your original tube. *Image ->
Canvas Size with the following settings ( Resize your tube when it is to big, put
the longest side at 400 px.
) *Effects -> Sharpen -> Sharpen
*Image ->
Resize with
the following settings
*Effects ->
PlugIns -> MasterBlaster ->
B-BlastCaster with
the following settings
*Effects
-> PlugIns -> Toadies -> Plain Mosaic Blur with
the following settings
*Effects
-> PlugIns -> VM Toolbox -> Zoom Blur with
the following settings
*Put the opacity from this layer at 85 in your layerpallette. *Layers ->
New rasterlayer. *Give this layer a color from your tube or another nice color. *Layers->
Arrange -> To Bottom. *Layers
-> Merge -> All layers merge. *Go to your original tube and Copy and Paste it as a new layer in your tag. *Effects -> PlugIns -> MasterBlaster -> MasterBlast Colour with
the following settings
*Effects
-> PlugIns -> VM Toolbox-> Instant Tile with the following settings
*Effects
-> PlugIns -> Toadies -> Old Colour with
the following settings
*Effects
-> PlugIns -> VM Toolbox -> Zoom Blur with
the following settings
*Go to your original tube and Copy and Paste it as a new layer in your tag. *Effects
-> PlugIns -> MasterBlaster -> C-BlastBack with the following settings
*Replace
you tube in the right bottom corner. *Put
the opacity from your layers like this in your layerpallette
*Layers
-> Merge -> All layers merge. *Go to your original tube and Copy and Paste it as a new layer in your tag. *Image -> Resize with
the following settings
*Replace
this tube a little over the other tube like this
*Choose with your dropper 2 colors from your image which
you want to use for your borders. *Image ->
Add borders with
the following settings
*Click in your border with your magic wand. *Effects
-> 3D Effects -> Inner Bevel with
the following settings
*Selections
-> Select None. *Twist
your colors.
*Image
-> Add borders with
the following settings
*Click
with your magic wand in your border. *Effects
-> 3D Effects -> Inner Bevel with
the same settings. *Selections
-> Select None. *Twist
your colors again. *Image
-> Add borders with
the following settings
*Click with your magic wand in the border. *Effects
-> 3D Effects -> Inner Bevel with
the same settings. *Selections
-> Select None. *Go to your bordertube and Copy and Paste it as a new layer in your tag. *Put
your bordertube in a corner. *Go to your layerpallette and duplicate your bordertubelayer three times, so
you have 4 layers with a bordertube. *Image
-> Mirror ( 2 x ) *Go to a copylayer of your bordertube. *Image
-> Twist. *Go
to another copylayer. *Image
-> Twist. *If
you did it correctly, you have in every corner a border. *Layers
-> Merge -> All layers merge. *Go to your texttool and add your name. *Effects
-> 3D Effects -> Inner Bevel with
the same settings. *Effects
-> 3D Effects -> Dropshadow *Image
-> Resize with
the following settings
*Effects
-> Sharpen -> Sharpen. *Save as JPG and your tag is ready.
